1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RCCP (Remote Claude Code Control Plane) operated by EleFly Tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

RCCP provides a remote control and approval platform for Claude Code agents. The service enables users to:

  • Monitor Claude Code agent runs remotely
  • Approve or deny agent actions from any device
  • Manage policies and permissions
  • View audit logs and analytics

Important: All code execution occurs locally on your machine. RCCP does not access, store, or process your source code.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the service to harm others or their systems

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Payment processing, tax handling, and invoicing are provided by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EleFly Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EleFly Tech operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
