Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as a 'run'?
A run is a single Claude Code execution session. Each time you start Claude Code through RCCP, that's one run. Runs can vary in length - from a few seconds to hours.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. If you exceed it, new runs will be paused until the next billing cycle or you upgrade your plan.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Not yet. You can evaluate core workflows on the Free plan and upgrade when ready.
Do you offer discounts for startups or open source?
