1. Merchant of Record
Payments for RCCP are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, taxes, and invoicing.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
New subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge. Refund requests submitted after 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis.
3. Renewal Charges
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once the renewal period has started. You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewal charges.
4. Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription, access remains active until the end of the paid billing period. No additional charges will be applied after cancellation.
